Under various statutory laws, certification from Chartered Accountants is required to ensure procedural Compliance. To ensure compliance the Government listed various certification to be taken from a Chartered Accountants under many laws like; Indian Income Tax Act, Goods and Services Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act etc e.g. Certification is required in Form 15 CB from Chartered Accountants before making foreign remittance. These certification in no way reduce the risk of litigation in the hands of the entity but judicious selection of professional mitigate such risk to a great extent.
